Die 24cm breite Landhausdiele Eiche Nottingham gebürstet, geräuchert und geölt steht für hochwertiges Parkett mit besonders natürlicher Ausstrahlung und hoher Qualität. Das großzügige Format von 15 × 240 × 2200 mm verleiht Räumen eine elegante, weitläufige Wirkung, während die ca. 3,8 mm starke Nutzschicht für eine langlebige und wertige Ausführung sorgt.
Die Country-Sortierung unterstreicht den authentischen Charakter des Holzbodens mit lebhaftem Erscheinungsbild, deutlichen Farb- und Strukturunterschieden, Ästen, dunkel gekitteten Aststellen und gekitteten Trocknungsrissen. Durch die gebürstete, geräucherte und geölte Oberfläche entsteht eine besonders edle Optik mit viel Tiefe und Ausdruck. Der 3-Schicht-Aufbau mit Uniclic-System und stirnseitiger Druckknopf-Verriegelung sorgt für präzise Passung und hohen Verlegekomfort. Eine Verpackungseinheit umfasst 3,168 m² beziehungsweise 8 Dielen. Besonders praktisch: Nach Absprache kann der Parkettboden direkt im Lager in Hall in Tirol abgeholt werden, wodurch sich Versandkosten sparen lassen. Für beste Ergebnisse wird die vollflächige Verklebung empfohlen; zudem ist der Boden für Warmwasser-Fußbodenheizung geeignet. Die endfertige Öloberfläche macht eine zusätzliche Endbehandlung nach der Verlegung nicht nötig und unterstreicht den pflegeleichten, hochwertigen Charakter dieses Bodens. Für eine lange Lebensdauer und dauerhafte Formstabilität sollte auf ein ausgewogenes Raumklima mit etwa 20 °C und 50–60 % Luftfeuchtigkeit geachtet werden. Da Holz ein Naturprodukt ist, ist jede Diele ein Unikat – genau das macht die besondere Qualität und den unverwechselbaren Charme dieses Parketts aus.

| Installation: | We generally recommend full-surface bonding with PREMIUM ELASTIC 1-K PS Parquet Adhesive (Coverage: approx. 1.3 to 1.4 kg/m² using a PK5 notched trowel) on a subfloor ready for installation, as well as additional H-gluing of the planks. For floating installation, a vapor-barrier impact sound insulation should be used. With regard to requirements for the subfloor, substrate preparation, and subfloor treatment, please refer to the current Parkett-AGENTUR installation instructions. For proper moisture measurement, please refer to the currently valid guideline for determining the moisture content of screeds issued by the Permanent Expert Committee of the Federal Professional Association of Floor Installers. | Underfloor heating: | Suitable for full-surface gluing on screeds with hot-water underfloor heating. According to generally applicable guidelines, the maximum surface temperature of the floor on hot-water underfloor heating should not exceed 26°C. Particular attention should be paid to adequate shading, especially with darker floors, as direct sunlight in combination with underfloor heating can lead to high surface temperatures and thus to the planks drying out from below. |
| Care Instructions: | This product is manufactured with a pre-finished oil surface. No final treatment is necessary after installation. Routine cleaning should be performed using WOCA WOOD FLOOR SOAP and cotton cleaning cloths. |
| Indoor climate: | To preserve the value and dimensional stability of parquet floors, maintain a consistent relative humidity of approximately 50–60% at average room temperatures of approximately 20 degrees. To ensure that the recommended humidity level is not significantly exceeded during the heating season, a humidifier should be used if necessary! Furthermore, adequate shading is recommended. |
